PARK NEAR (but not too near) THE FIRE PIT. You’ll see it on your left as you come up the driveway.
Don’t park near the house; signs say reserved for employees.

We have been invited to visit the C.A.R.E. Foundation. This is an animal sanctuary not to be confused with a zoo or a breeding facility. Most animals come to the sanctuary because they’ve been abused confiscated or rehoused. The foundation works largely on donations. They are waving their $10 entry fee for the hash.

They are allowing us to view the animals from noon until the hash starts. Animal feeding time may be at 1:30pm.

The on-in and on-after will also be at CARE. So, we are asking everyone to bring a finger-food dish to share after trail. Plan for keeping your dish hot/cold if needed, we won’t have extra coolers and nobody wants food poisoning!
